A few days ago I got curious about the hashtag #100happydays and Google it. I first read this article from Examiner.com: Take the 100 Happy Days Challenge and change your life. I got interested and visited their website 100happydays.com. After reading everything I take on the challenge and registered.
The challenge was a bit hard for me because lately I'm no longer 'update-savvy' on my social network accounts. I just find myself lazy updating photos and post status. The #100happydays challenge requires you to post your daily happy moments on your social network accounts with the hashtag #100happydays for 100 days. You can either use Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, and Email. Eventhough Im not really sure if I can complete the challenge I still give the challenge a try. It'll be a great exercise and excuse to find a reason to be happy.
Anyways, here's my #100happydays week 1...
Day 1. Sharing my knowledge on blogging to college students at Southern Philippine College. #100HappyDays
Day 2. I had so much fun dancing with kiddo! We found this Just Dance Wii videos on Youtube that made us dance for hours. #MomSon #Bonding #100HappyDays #SmileygalDay
Day 3. Japanese and Korean foods are my fave! Had the chance to dine at one of the japanese resto in town today before doing errands. ^_^ #100HappyDays
Day 3. Doing grocery is one of my latest stress reliever now. Weird huh. But yes its true. probably because it makes me feel so blessed and happy that I am able to provide for my family. :) #100HappyDays
Day 4. Taught father how to use his smart phone. After him ranting dramatically that he doesn't know how to use his phone. Happy to see him all smile while getting to know the things I thought him. #Techy #generation #lateupload #100HappyDays
Day 5. Had to wake up early for kiddo's activity in school. Had only 2 hours sleep. (Yawn) I really felt so blessed that I am able send my son to a private school even though im the only one raising and providing his needs. #lateupload #100HappyDays
Day 6. One of those days that we are cool and enjoying each others company. Mother, me, ham and beer. :D #lateupload #100HappyDays
Day 7. After kiddo activity at school we bought ice cream! Cookies n cream his fave and coffee crumble my fave. ^_^ #100HappyDays
The first week has been great and effective so far. Everyday I get reminded to think of something that will make me happy for that day so I can update on my Instagram. Its just the upload part im not consistent in keeping up though. ;)
