My First Scary Plane Travel

I and my fellow CDObloggers travel Manila today. Some of us will attend the WordCamp and the others are going to spend weekend in Bagiou. This was my first time to travel Manila and my first time to travel by plane. I have heard some funny and unforgetable experiences from cousin and relatives on their first travel by plane already and now I finally had my own stories to tell too.

My first experienced was scary... as in very scary! 

We travel through Cebu Pacific Air 390 and boarding time was even delayed in a couple of minutes. When were in the air we experienced turbulence since the weather was not good. The moment the plane starting to get a little bit of shaky I was really scared. Oh my gosh! We even experienced a 3 seconds rush. Its like the plane is avoiding something and just wheeeewww... I cant really explained! Some of the passengers already vomited because of that sickly feeling. 

I know what we had experienced just recently was not really that scary to regular travelers but man that was way to much for a newbie. 

Anyways, that's it folks I'm going to rest now. I just hope when we go home to Cagayan de Oro the same experienced wont happen again. :-)

 

Citihardware-Bulua Opening

Mindanaoan invited the CDO bloggers to attend the Grand Opening of Citihardware-Bulua. However, the others were sick so Janlac and I were the only one who attended. The good thing was Magnus along with his wife- Sharon and his mom was also invited so Janlac and I went to Citihardware with them. The opening started at 6pm and lots of guest was there. There are lots of foods and drinks serve for the guest and also raffle draws which some guest were able to bring home appliances as the price. After dinner the guest take a look at the products display. We were able to get a free giveaways when we get home too...

P.S. I love Kaye Abad and Guji Lorenzana's love team. I hope they will have more projects together... 

 

Big Blogging Event Coming!

August was the busiest month for the CDOBloggers. We participated on the whole month activities for the Kagay-an Festival 2009. There were many activities that we attended such like; the Kumbira 2009, Tatak Environmentalist-One shirt.One Tree campaign launching, Kagayan Dance Festival, Kagay-an 3rd Golden Float Parade, the Miss Kagay-an 2009, First Pyrotechnic Competition, Free Concerts, Kapamilya Caravan and many more activities which make the city fiesta colorful and enjoyable.
We were also busy having meetings for the preparation of the two big blogging event that will happen this coming October 24, 2009. This event is the 3rd Mindanao Bloggers Summit and Philippine Blog Awards. Bloggers from all over the country will be coming in Cagayan de Oro to attend this event. We will be expecting a very important guest as our Keynote speaker not just bloggers. So we are volting all our powers to make this an event to remember to all the participants.

Fiesta At Work

It’s Kagay-an City Fiesta and we have work. However, our boss treated us for a fiesta lunch here at work. There was beef spaghetti cooked by Angela, Salad made by Sheryl, lechon baboy and manok, and grilled pork. Angela also made fruit punch which was so fruity delicious since she did not put too much gin in it. Everyone had their stomachs full after eating.
