T-ara's 2 Part Music Video of Cry,Cry And Lovey Dovey

If you follow me on Twitter you probably know my addiction to Korean Pop and Korean drama's. The reason being they do entertain me a lot and brings out mix emotions on every song and dramas I've watched. Now the latest music video I discovered is far different from the usual music videos, its a music and drama digested in a 15 to 20 minutes clip. More like a short clip already showcasing T-ara's tracks on their latest album; Funky Town. Its sad that I just discovered the full MV now when the release of the first MV is last November 2011 when T-ara promoted Cry, Cry. I was watching the dance version only and the teasers and didn't get to watch the other version of the music video. And my excuse is that im a YG Family fanatic and focus on the YG artist most of the time. Anyways, ill be sharing the 2 part full music video. It so awesome... Jiyeon did a pretty cool acting and she's very fierce.
Im sorry if it has no English sub, but just watch the video you will understand the story there's not much dialogue in it anyway.

All in One Fashionable Bag

I got a new bag when we drop by Mhai's place a 2 weeks ago... Its a big brown bag from Chloe. I used to despised big bags before because I feel its bulky and annoying to carry around. Ironic to that, I now prefer bringing big bags coz I can put everything in it leaving my hands free from bringing excess baggage. It goes to show some taste and attitudes changes as we grow, or should I say we get wiser as we get old. ;)

I call it an all in one bag because I can use it even when I want to carry around my laptop. My laptop fits well on it and theres even room for more other things.

My First Mani and Pedi of the Year!

The title was supposed to be my last mani and pedi of the year but due to a busy days last December I was not able to treat myself for a mani and pedi before welcoming the new year. However thats alright because nothing compare to the feeling that I have a fulfilling reason to end my 2011 with a bang. Along with my CDObloggers group we distributed media noche packs for affected families of typhoon Sendong... We finished already late that I had to hurry to prepare for our media noche at home that I didn't have time to go to the salon and treat myself a beauty treat. And so instead I started my year with mani and pedi first on the list of my to-do's.

Nikki Salon & Spa... This is the 4th Salon Ive been today until I finally had my nails clean. A lot of Salon has no manicurista available and some had manpower shortage that you need to wait for long until your turn. They say most of there manicurista are still on vacation and others are coping up because they are flooded.
Since its a new manicurista, I got myself wounded. This often happens when I had a manicurista cleaning my finger nails. Such a sensitive fingers!
I pick out the apple green nail polish for my hand because they say its the color of the year... ;)

See that one below? That's because my feet haven't been clean for 2-3 weeks, I think. The home service manicurista haven't drop by the house followed by days coping up with sendong wrath and also got sick. Infairness I like the way she clean my toe nails.

Survival Story of My Friend Who is a Typhoon Sendong Victim

This is a survival story of my friend Mary Ann Chiong. Who is living at Tibasak, Macasandig who is one of the most affected area in Cagayan de Oro City of typhoon Sendong (international name Washi) flash floods.

Thanks to our neighbor who shouted, "Pangmata mo! Taas na ang tubig!" at around twelve midnight. In less than 10 minutes after I rouse my sister and parents water started to get into our house from all directions. For the first time in my life I panicked. I had a very bad feeling it's not just an ordinary flood. I grabbed my wallet, my sister and our dog out of the house; I realized with horror that the knee-length water rose to almost my waistline in less than one minute; the current almost did me.

I was out of danger, for a while, when I noticed that my parents are still inside our house while water is engulfing it. I was screaming like mad at the thought that I could lost them at that moment. I felt so helpless, I know I would endanger my life if I will go back.
Thank God my father is a strong swimmer, it saved their lives.
We stayed at the UCCP church nearby. And I thought we are all safe; their are around fifty of us.
My heart was gripped with incoherent fear when I saw water, like a deja vu from our house earlier, coming from all over direction at the church. I saw my cousin grabbed his two sons to a nearby unfinished building, he is urging us to come with him. Without second thoughts we followed him.
I was carrying our dog while my mother holds my arm for support, the current was vicious. We thought the second story of the building would save us. It would. If it has stairs.
Neighbors, relatives and friends improvised, we piled up tables to reach the second floor. Everything would have been alright, but my mother was paralyzed with fear. She can't climb, she kept on telling us to save ourselves and leave her, I was aghast at the idea and pissed off at the same time. She should not think negatively. Everybody was on board except me, my mother and my father. The water continued to rise; the table will not hold much longer and the current is getting more vicious, carrying debris, cows, goats, dogs...people.
I saw my father being slowly engulfed by water, we would drown if we won't do anything; we can't get through the hole leading to the second floor, my mother was blocking it. In desperation I carried her and told her to step on my shoulders; uncles and cousins are ready for her. My father was the last person to board.
The water continued to rise. I almost wept in helplessness. In my mind, we will die that night. I stood there. Half-naked, shivering. It was the coldest night of my life as I watched in horror the rising water, I know it will engulf the second floor any minute.
My sister can't breath with panic, she's pregnant and she kept saying her stomach hurts. I hate to think of her miscarrying. She called me, I told her not to panic, this is not the time to panic. I was startled by what she told me. Please pray for the water to stop rising, God always hear your prayers. And there I was, in the middle of the rain, shivering, praying. And very thankful that God heard our prayers; when everything else fails we will have nothing but faith.

Salamat sa mga pag-ampo.
