A Preview of Uniqlo Cagayan de Oro

Hey everyone! So today lets celebrate because I'll be sharing something that happened yesterday. I know its a big surprise that I am blogging this immediately. I just don't want to add more pressure on catching up with backlogs. And not only that I've recorded a video of the event, so you will see my edited video below. ^_^

So yesterday I attended the store preview of Uniqlo Cagayan de Oro at SM Downtown Premier. Its been awhile since I attended events like this so it was great to catch up with fellow bloggers. After the cocktails and the program, VIP guest and medias was toured around the store and got to shop exclusively after. 

Shopping was a headache because there are lots of fashionable clothes to choose from. Its a good thing that the sale representatives are very friendly and helpful to costumers.  

Uniqlo will officially open its doors to Kagayanon shoppers this coming Friday, June 30, 2017. This Uniqlo store will be the 40th Uniqlo location in the Philippines. It is also the third store in Mindanao following the recent openings in SM Lanang Premier and SM City Davao. The new store will add over 1,018 sqm of new shopping space, bringing the Uniqlo LifeWear shopping experience to even more customers in Mindanao.

The Korean Skincare

Hi everyone! Today will be talking about skincare.

To be honest, I don't have a skincare routine before and not a fan of it. My realization came when my son ask me, how come I don't have any skincare routine when most girls do so. 

The reason why I don't have a skincare routine because I have tried some beauty products before but it doesn't works on me or it's so strong. And I'm also lazy for a routine. I'm not much of a beauty conscious before I just use beauty products which was gifted to me or what I think looks great on me. ^-^ 

So after my realization on skincare routine. I had a days off at work and so I spent time on Youtube to search for Korean skin care... 

Why Korean skin care? 

Well, aside from being addicted to Korean music and drama, I heard that their products is not harsh to the skin but very effective. It's obviously effective seeing Koreans having great skins. I have also tried some K-beauty products before which are great.
Skin type and Problem...
I have a combination skin type by the way... Oily on the T-zone and very dry on the rest of my face. I also  have a large/visible pores that I really wish to conceal or wipe out.
The Solution...

So I spent the day watching videos and learning Korean skincare routine. So it turns out, the beauty products doesn't work on me because its not suited for my skin type. >.< I have learned so much about the importance of skin care routine and its effects. 

I've also watch reviews of K-beauty products to use. And this made my card crying because I went online shopping for K-beauty products after. ㅠㅠ 

I opted to shop at Althea for they have a variety Korean beauty products that are popular and authentic and they also shipped straight from Korea. 

I shopped for individual products that I have I picked from the video recommendations and reviews that Ive watched. It was not cheap but taking my chances. Thanks to the great discounts that I got at Althea its was such a huge savings. I'm so excited to see and use the products Ive ordered.

Online Shopping: SammyDress.com May Haul

How is everyone doing?

I am so excited to share my latest online shopping adventure. I was very surprise and at the same time very happy with the excellent quality of the bag and clothes that I just shopped at SammyDress.com.

And now, without further ado, here's a review of the clothes and bags that just arrived today...

Ribbed Sweater + High-Waisted Skinny Knitted Skirt Twinset ($5.60). This one is thick and very perfect for cold weather. To be honest, I expected this to be thin that I can wear it casually in a tropical country like ours but I was wrong. Good thing the skirt is pretty wearable. I actually love it. So expect to see me wearing this in the coming #OOTD post in  Instagram or Twitter. ;)  

Elegant Women's Shoulder Bag With Arrow Print and PU Leather Design ($15.48). I was really surprise when I saw the bags. It come in set of six; shoulder bag, tote bag, crossbody bag, clutch, wallet, and keyholder. The quality is so great. When I saw the photos in the review I thought it's made of soft PU fabric. However, its actually thick and sturdy. 

Well, except for the keyholder though because when I opened it one of the metal snap button is so hard to open and it almost come off, good thing I was so careful. Now I don't lock that one snap button only the other one because Im afraid it might come off for good.    

Bodycon Mini Sweater Dress ($15.90). This one has not yet delivered. So I'm excited to see the quality and if it'll fit me since in one size.

New Hairstyle

Hi everyone! I just had a new hairstyle. And im so back with bangs... ^-^

This time I tried a Mirangcurl Korean Salon at SM City CDO. I still have the same hair color I just got a haircut. Even though the one I wanted was not achieve (yes again) Im happy with my hairstyle. I like the service specially the shampoo treatment because hey massage your head as well. It's so relaxing and refreshing after. I don't like some of the staff though because I caught some of them talking and joking about the costumer. Although some other staff are very accommodating.
To maintain this hair style can be handful but I dont worry much because I have my Jade Hair Straightening Ceramic Brush which helps a lot with keeping my hair  straight and in place specially at the end part of my hair.
With the Jade hair brush anti-scalding bristle its safe to contact on my palm so I can straighten the hair from the root to end. I can feel the heat but it didn't burn my palm.

What I Wore | EricDress Wide Leg Pants

Hi everyone! How was the mid-week?

I had a lazy start in this week... And its a very busy week at work. What a great timing to feel lazy! (-_-)

Anyways, today I am sharing this very chic and gorgeous wide leg pants I got from Ericdress.com. The cotton blend cloth is thick but soft, very comfortable. Mine is size medium and it fits perfectly.

I love how you can elegantly wear it in formal occasions and modishly wear it on casual occasions too. Still thinking of more ways to wear it though. I'm having some challenging decision on what to pair with its printed design.

Any style suggestions?

Halloween Haul From Rosegal.com

Hey everyone!

So today I will be sharing my Rosegal.com Halloween haul.

First things first... forgive me for the super duper late post. Things got so hectic lately. >.<

I am very please that the shipping was so great! This items arrive so fast.

I was so amaze at the quality of the items. I honestly didn't really expect much because they are so affordable. I'll definitely recommend shopping at Rosegal.com.

So here are the items that I bought...

First up is this skew neck sweatshirt, I so love the statement print of this. Need I say more? It's just so comfy and chic!

Next is the blood choker. This is so cool, it really looks like a true blood inside the drop-shape bottle. If you follow me on Instagram you probably seen this a lot. Ive been wearing this since it arrive.

I also got this Pumpkin Printed Backpack. The kiddo like it that I bought it for him. He apparently love it because his been using it to school. Yes! He doesn't mind if the Halloween is over, he really loves the bag.

I like how the bag has a lot of compartment and the big plus is that theres a special room for my laptop. And its sturdy, with a thick back. I can say my laptop is well protected. This is totally the best deal ever!

I also got this preppy style lace-up short sleeve dress which is also in good quality... Check this out in my blog soon coz I'll be making an outfit post wearing this.

Now the next one is the Halloween Night Owl pillow case... The clothing is canvas. The print is nicely done.

Lastly, the skeleton print bodycon dress you can check out my previous post for the photos because I wore it as a Halloween costume. I have a minor caution for this, I ordered a medium size (the usual size I order for dresses), but it turns out to be big. Although its still wearable but its no longer a bodycon dress on me because it's not fit. Other than that, the quality is great and comfy.

Halloween 2016

Hey everyone!

I know this is way too late post but I just want to share my Halloween adventures and costume for this year... 

The kiddo and I really had fun with our costume and look this Halloween. Even though the kiddo didn't really go all out with his costume compared last year. By the way, for my new readers, the kiddo was a vampire last year.

Initially Justine wants to be a vampire again this year, but we saw this mummy hoodie and pants at the newly open H & M. It was so cool and nice that I bough it for him and he was happy to wear it instead of being a vampire again. 

Justine attended the McDonald Halloween Party this year but it was not as much fun as last year. We're both feeling sorry over the kid who go all out with a Harley Quin costume because she didnt get any price. The winners not really that great. She was so fierce and got the spunk of Harley. :(

I on the other hand, received some Halloween goodies from Rosegal.com (the dress and the blood drop choker) that I decided to wear them. I found this white wig at the old closet so I wore them for a more creepy look. 

While taking this photos... my son and I had fun scaring the neighbors kid who cried a lot after seeing us in this costumes. XD
